Personalised Italian Pinot Grigio (Rosé). We chose this wine for the new Summer 2009 range when there was 2 feet of snow on the ground on a freezing cold day in February. But we turned the heating up, put on our sunglasses and tried to picture a boiling hot summer day when only a chilled glass of rosé will do – and boy did it work! It's made by simply adding the skins of the red ramato grape to the juice of the white Pinot Grigio for a short while and allowing that vibrant colour to macerate down into the grape juice to produce the perfect pink. Now we can give you the chance to name this delicious wine after whoever you choose, and to have it available as your House Rosé for the whole summer. Superb crisp, light & fruity rosé that will grace any event this summer – go on, turn up the heating and pretend!
